When it comes to industry focus, Brandt has dedicated a large part of his practice to insurance agent and broker transactions, including advising agencies and their principals in buy- and sell-side transactions, smaller account acquisitions and producer hiring. His industry experience includes representing insurance clients in hundreds of millions of dollars in acquisition and sale transactions.

Brandt also has extensive experience advising church extension funds in all aspects of their business, including securities law compliance, lending transactions and day-to-day operations.

Brandt is a lifelong central Pennsylvania resident who graduated summa cum laude from both Susquehanna University and the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. In addition to his prior legal experience, Brandt is a Central Penn Business Journal 2019 “Forty Under 40” award recipient and graduate of Leadership Harrisburg Area, Community Leadership Series Class of 2015.

On the personal side, Brandt is all about family and likes to spend his spare time with his wife, Danielle, two sons, and their pup, a chiweenie named Luci. He enjoys DIY construction, cooking and time in the outdoors, whether it’s hiking, golfing, running, shooting or gardening.
